Shipping Service Update
Please note that effective September 12th, 2025 small shipment orders will be shipped via Canpar. (Formerly shipped via Canada Post or Loomis.) Orders with a PO Box shipping address must be shipped via Canada Post. (In the event of a Canada Post strike, shipments to PO Boxes will be held until regular service resumes.) All other orders will now be shipped with Canpar. Orders under $149 will be subject to a base shipping charge. Shipment Rates formerly quoted with Canada Post or Loomis will now be fulfilled by Canpar.
Other courier shipping options are available upon request.
US Small Parcel Shipments

Small parcel shipments to the USA (including parts shipments) will now be shipped via UPS Standard. US Customers are responsible for paying any customs / duty / tariff fees that are calculated after we have received an order.

Please call for rates over 15kg. Above rates do not apply for remote areas and orders where the total package weight exceeds 15kg or any single package dimension exceeds 80cm. Shipments under 30kg will be processed and shipped via Canpar Express Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipments over 30kg will be processed with Canpar Express Ground unless otherwise requested. All machinery and extreme overweight items ship via Freight.
Note that orders that require shipments from multiple locations will incur additional shipping costs. Free Shipping only applies when the entire order can be fulfilled by a single location.
Shipping Policy Exemptions:
Sale Items: Certain items on sale may not qualify for free shipping and can be determined at the discretion of management.
Discounted Machinery: may not qualify for $149.00 flat rate shipping.
Power tools do not qualify for free shipping.
Parts: Machinery Replacement Parts do not qualify for free shipping.
Dust Hose: Dust hose is considered an underweight/oversized item and does not qualify for free shipping.
Wide Sanding Belts: Wide Sanding Belts do not qualify for free shipping.
Wood Glue: Note that due to potential exposure to freezing temperatures while in transit, wood glue cannot be shipped during the winter months. Wood glue does not qualify for free shipping due to the volume/weight of the glue.
Vises and Clamps: Due to their weight, most vises do not qualify for free shipping. Certain models of clamps over 24″ do not qualify for free shipping. If ordering multiple clamps 24″ or smaller, the total package weight must be under 18kg to qualify for free shipping.
Power Tools, Bench Top Machinery & Standard Machinery: Power Tools, Bench-Top Machinery & Standard Machinery do not qualify for free shipping.
Items with a single shipping dimension 80cm or larger are considered oversized and do not qualify for free shipping.
Standard shipping rates apply to orders from the USA.
Oversized lightweight and oversized heavyweight items are exempt from Free Shipping to the USA and may incur additional oversize shipping charges.

Small Canadian Orders
We use Canpar Express Ground services for shipments under 40 pounds. Normal delivery times for these services are 3-7 business days to most standard service areas in Canada. There can be extra charges for shipments to more remote locations and all shipments larger than 40 pounds.
If you require a faster or overnight service please contact us for a price quote. If your shipment does not qualify for free shipping you will be contacted prior to processing your order for payment of the outstanding shipping balance.

Flat Rate Shipping*
For machinery and work bench purchases we offer flat rate shipping starting at $149.00 to most major centers in Canada and USA. Once an order is placed our order desk and logistics will confirm the shipping charges and advise customer our best shipping rate to your location. The $149.00 can include residential delivery and tailgate unloading for many deliveries but not all.
